Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)
- Standard shipping: Orders 0-5lbs (5-10 business days): $4.90
- Standard shipping: Orders 5-70lbs (5-10 business days): $19.90
- Expedited shipping: Orders 0-1lb (2-4 business days): $6.90
- Expedited shipping: Orders 1-5lb (2-4 business days): $9.90
- Free shipping on orders over $50
International Shipping
- We are currently NOT shipping internationally
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first.

Address Errors & Returns to Sender
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at honeybooksbookshop@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
